Are you seeing a lot of Blanket loans under the DSCR programs?

I'm hearing of waning appetite for DSCR loans by end investors/bond holders. Are you seeing or hearing anything about DSCR loans?

One of our warehouses just stated they won't fund DSCR loans

Deephaven is not experiencing a pull back at all in DSCR loans. Some Non-QM lenders had higher thatn 80% LTV's and have recently reduced their max LTV to 80%.

Rates and spreads are much wider YTD, across all products. Borrower equity in a good spot given 40+% HPA over past 2+ years.. post COVID. Is there any concerns with Credit/ DQ trends/ etc. at this point?
